The July 2026 BECE Home Mock starts on Friday, 10th July, and parents can register their wards for the exam now. The BECE Home Mock is a monthly examination organized by Education-News Consult to help parents offer the best BECE preparation experience toward top performance in the final examination.
The current examination will gradually prepare and polish students for excellent performance at the 2027 BECE to be administered by WAEC in May, 2027.
How is the BECE Home Mock administered?
The home mock is organized for students in their respective homes. Only parents and guardians can register a student for the mock examination. Once a parent or guardian registers a candidate for GHS80, the parent can pay for one of the four mock packages.
It is important for parents to know that both the registration fee and the mock package fees are paid via their special mock dashboard. The packages available are indicated below.
The one-time registration fee for all packages is GHS 80, payable via the mock portal.

A day or two to the start of the mock, parents are to log into their dashboard using their phone numbers
Parents download all question files for the mock along with the special objective test paper for the mock.
Parents then print the questions for the mock or may allow the candidates to access the question files on a computer or related device.
Section B answers are written on ruled lined papers (Fulls scap sheets) while the Section A answers are written on the special objective test papers downloaded from the portal.
The scripts are uploaded onto the dashboard for each subject for marking and grading.
Examiners get notified when scripts are uploaded. They mark the scripts right in their dashboards and enter scores.
Parents can check the results on their portal and download the marked scripts, download the marking schemes as well as examiner’s reports for the respective subjects
