2024 Civil Service Recruitment Exams Pass Mark

The Ghana Civil Service examination is officially over. The exams was conducted on Friday, 2nd August, 2024.

The exams was conducted in three batches. Each candidate received different set of questions. Candidates were given 40 minutes to answer 30 objectives test questions. At the end of the exams, the online portal released the results of each candidates.

2024 Ghana Civil Service Recruitment Exams Pass Mark

The pass mark for the 2024 Ghana Civil Service Online Entrance Exams is yet to be announced by the Ghana Civil Service. However, Candidates who had 80% and above saw PASS written their portals. Could this mean that the pass mark for this year’s exams was 80%. Ghana Civil Service is yet to officially communicate the pass mark to all candidates.

However, based on what happened in the previous years, candidates who attained the pass mark may go straight for interview. It should be noted that Ghana Civil Service is yet to communicate plans for all candidates who took part in the exams.

In 2019, the pass mark for the exams was 70%. Candidates who had 70% and above went straight for interview. Also candidates who had a score from 60% to 69% were given a chance to write another exams.

For this year’s exams, Ghana Civil Service is yet to communicate the pass mark and also plans for candidates who couldn’t meet the pass mark.

2024 Ghana Civil Service Interview

In 2019, candidates who scored the required pass mark of 70%  and above were scheduled for an interview. They were required to bring the ORIGINALS copies of the following Documents;

• Academic Certificates
• National Service Certificate
• Birth Certificate
• Valid Photo National ID Card
• Affidavit (if you have had a change of Name)

The date of the interview was communicated to the candidates via text messages. Also candidates who scored below 70% were scheduled for a second round of written examination.
