We hereby announce to the general public the opening of the 2024 Ghana Health Service vacancies for 229 doctors and dentists as announced by the Ghana Health Service.

Vacancies exist in all 16 regions, with the Ashanti and Greater Accra Regions topping the list with 30 and 25 vacancy slots, respectively. The statement indicated that applications must be submitted by Friday, May 31, 2024, as the deadline for the submission of applications.

Ghana Education News spotted the announcement in a statement that the Ghana Health Service posted on social media on Friday, May 3, 2024.

The GHS encouraged all newly qualified medical doctors who opted to work in its health facilities to visit any region of choice with vacancies and submit their documents, including a certificate of permanent registration from the Medical and Dental Council, for placement.

Vacancies exist in all 16 regions, with the Ashanti and Greater Accra Regions topping the list with 30 and 25 vacancy slots, respectively.

The statement indicated that applications must be submitted by Friday, May 31, 2024, as the deadline for the submission of applications.

Applicants are to ensure that they file all required documents on time for the vacancies.

We will not entertain late submissions and will not consider such applicants.
