Just In: NSS Releases Pin Codes For 2024/2025 Service Year

The National Service Secretariat (NSS) has released the Pin Codes the 2024/2025 service year. All final year students from various universities and polytechnics can now check their pin codes on the NSS Portal.

HOW TO CHECK YOUR PIN CODE

Prospective participants are urged to click here to initiate the online enrollment process. You will be required to enter your college index number as well as your date or birth. You will then click on Search to verify your details. You can then go ahead with the registration.

Notably, the registration fee of GH40.00 is required, payable at any branch of the ADB Bank. Alternatively, individuals can opt for payment of GHe41.00 through MTN MoMo..

HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR NSS PIN CODE

1. Check for your Pin BEFORE making any payment.

2. If using Mobile Money, Kindly dial *170#,

• Choose option 2 for “PAY BILL”
• Choose General Payments (Option 6)
• Enter Payment code as – NSS PINCODE (type NSS, put a space, then type your PINCODE). The menu will return to your name for confirmation.
• Enter deposit amount (GH¢41.00).
  Enter “NSS” as reference
• Enter PIN to confirm payment

Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation message for the transaction, allowing you to proceed with your NSS Registration

SIMPLE STEPS TO CHECK NSS PLACEMENT

To verify your National Service Scheme (NSS) place of posting, follow these steps:

1. Visit the National Service Portal at portal.nss.gov.gh.
2. Choose the “Sign in as personnel” option.
3. Input the email address and password used during the registration process, then click enter.
4. Click on ‘Print Posting Letter‘.
5. Your designated place of posting will be displayed.
6. Save the information as a PDF and print it for reference at any time
