NSS Releases Appointment Letters for 106,223 University Graduates for the 2024/2025 Service Year

The National Service Secretariat (NSS) has finally released the appointment letters of 106,223 personnel who will undertake their national in the 2024/2025 service year.

This comes after management released the postings for all personnel. Currently, all personnel are encouraged to print out the letters, go to their places of postings, gets the documents signed and proceed to region for verification amd biometrics.

The 2024/2025 NSS Batch include personnel include, Ghanaians who have completed studies abroad, defaulters, and private applicants who registered for their national service.

Log onto the Authority’s website to check for placement.

How To Print Appointment Letter

Print the appointment letter and proceed to the place of posting for endorsement of the appointment letter.

Printing your NSS appointment letter is very easy. Here is how to do it.

1. Visit your NSS dashboard using this link.

2. Enter your username and password to log in

3. Once you are in your portal, click ‘print appointment letter’ in your dashboard.

4. A pop-up menu will appear, select ‘show appointment letter’

How To Book NSS Appointment for Registration

You can only Book appointment once your have visited your place of posting for verification and validation. Book an appointment online for the date and time for registration after the endorsement.

Proceed to the assigned Regional Validation and Registration Centre with an endorsed appointment letter and a valid Ghana Card to complete the process. Validation and registration at all the regional centres across the country will begin on Thursday, September 12, 2024, and close on Monday, September 30, 2024.

When WILL 2024/2024 NSS START

The 2024/2025 National Service begins on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. All personnel who doesn’t go through the right procedures will not be paid. It also be noted that personnel will submit a monthly evaluation form to the districts every month before they will be paid.
